We print and install retail graphics for our client Limited Space. In this case study, vinyl wall graphics combine with other print media to create a high impact “media wall. Here, Limited Space also advertise the product on the lifts, using lift graphics to add impact to the campaign. Limited Space’s client was L’Oreal and the picture is of Festival Place’s media wall, in Basingstoke, UK.
Using retail graphics in this format was ideal for the launch of the new “Fibrology” hair care range. Adding a media wall gives a large-scale, high impact advertising campaign. It dominates the retail space at Festival Place. This particular media wall comprises of a 9.2m x 4.5m area. It also includes 3 sets of lifts graphics that covers the lift bank at Festival Place. The strap-line for the campaign was apt – “Rise Up”. L’Oreal’s strap-line works particularly well with the advertising on the lifts at shopping malls and centres.
For campaigns like this, we usually recommend using removable vinyl for the print substrate. Retail graphics used in shopping centres and stores need to be easily removable. By then applying an overlay of matt laminate, it protects the images and the vinyl in high traffic areas with many passers by.
Our wide format print machinery, the HP LX3500 and Efi Vutek was ideal for this project. Both print up to 3.2m wide.
In addition, there were 2 Panoramics (large scale retail banners) for Limited Space. Printing and installing one in High Cross Shopping Centre in Leicester and the other in the Arndale Centre, Manchester. Also there were 25 sets of lift graphics printed and installed throughout the UK’s major shopping centres.
As for most out of media campaigns we work on, we print and then install all print media using our team of Nationwide UK installers.
