In one of our latest projects, PressOn was thrilled to team up with the fantastic team behind Miller & Carter Steakhouse (purveyors of some truly delicious beef) to create compelling lift graphics at The Oracle shopping centre in Reading.
Found on the banks of the River Kennet in Berkshire, The Oracle is an extensive indoor shopping and entertainment complex that has twenty-two tempting dining and snacking options for visitors. In this competitive space, Miller & Carter Steakhouse set out to catch the eyes of customers with an attractive and impactful elevator print campaign, promoting a lunchtime deal and drawing attention to their award-winning cuisine.
About Miller & Carter Steakhouse
Recently awarded the enviable title of awarded ‘The Masters of Steak’ from the prestigious Craft Guild of Chefs, Miller & Carter is a stylish chain steakhouse whose menu centres on sustainably raised, grass-fed British beef – with burgers, ribs and most importantly steak.
With restaurant outlets all over the country, Miller & Carter Steakhouses are often located in unique buildings, such as restored barns and coaching inns, and even in one instance on a boat. At The Oracle in Reading, their smart and chic business premises serve hungry visitors as they take a break from the shops or fill up before heading to the cinema.
The Campaign
Shopping centre lift graphics offer a fantastic opportunity for brands to get in front of potential customers. Lifts represent a moment of downtime for mall visitors, both as they wait for the elevator to arrive and in the moments they spend inside.
In this project, Miller & Carter Steakhouse engaged PressOn to provide high-quality print graphics to feature both internally and externally on selected elevators located throughout The Oracle shopping centre. Once produced on our cutting-edge machinery, the graphics were then installed out-of-hours by the experienced PressOn team.
The designs highlighted the sophisticated feel of the Miller & Carter Steakhouse brand, which was enhanced by the high-quality print and materials. Utilising the brand colours of black, white, brown and gold, combined with excellent product photography and carefully selected typography, the results were striking and appealing.
