Tossed was set up in 2005 by Vincent McKevitt with the sole purpose of making healthy eating fun, without compromising on taste or portion size. The first store was opened in Paddington and since then the company has continued to grow and now boasts 14 stores across London, Kent and Essex

Brief

Tossed required for their ‘New Year, New You’ advertisements to be removed and replaced with their spring campaign. In keeping with their motto to make healthy eating fun, they wanted bright and vibrant graphics on their windows and in store as well as a number of menu boards showcasing their fresh ideas for spring.

Being such a fast paced restaurant business and they also wanted practicality; with menu boards being interchangeable and advertisements being easily maintained.

Analysis
We looked at our product portfolio and although none of our existing product range was identified as suitable, we sourced an adhesive vinyl product with an anti-bacterial laminate, which was suitable for this environment. The lifespan of the product is in excess of 5 years.

For the graphics placed in the store windows we used Contravision, this ensures that customers inside the store are able to see out, and light is still able to get in. Foamex shouters were installed providing an easy way for menus to be updated throughout the store to meet

Installation
We had two weeks from when the brief was set in order to complete the project.

This meant working to a tight deadline and ensuring that we had accurate measurements for graphics, so that they could be installed with little impact to the business.

Outcome
The client is pleased with the project. The individuality this solution offers each store works with Tossed’s bespoke, individual branding.
